Description

NSClient++ should automatically detect a change in NSC.ini (also the includes from includes-Section) and reread the settings from them.

Not likely in the near future, I might be convinced to add the "rehash" command to the RemoteConfiguration plugin, but rehashing automatically, is more work, and I would probably want to refactor the settings API a bit before doing that.
