When I call check_nrpe from nagios to a Windows 2003 Server, then the plugin reports "CHECK_NRPE: Received 0 bytes from daemon. Check the remote server logs for error messages." In the nsclient++ logfile are there entries:" error:.\NSClientListener.cpp:157: Invalid password ("

Hi,

if you get a problem from "NSclientlistener" when using NRPE I would say you have the ports mixed up (ie using nsclient port instead of the NRPE one) What port do you use and what ports have you configured?
